Hire Agreement | MIMI BOUNCE KIDS PARTY HIRE WESTERN SYDNEY

If your booking is affected by COVID-19 restrictions or forced lockdown, we will offer a FULL REFUND.

A. CONDITIONS OF HIRE FOR ALL EQUIPMENT

All rates advertised are for a 4 hour hire period (not including setup). Extended or overnight hire is available by request and additional charges may apply.

Prior to delivery all the rental equipment will be checked to ensure it is in perfect condition for your event.

All items are to be returned undamaged and in the same condition as received or you may forfeit the deposit paid or a cleaning fee charged. Cancellation less than one week before the event will not be refunded.

All hire is covered by our insurer up to $10,000,000. A copy of our insurance can be emailed on request.

 

  1. Strictly NO food, drinks, candy, icing or face paint to on any of our hire equipment. Deposit may be forfeited!
  2. BOTH Children & adults are required to use the equipment barefoot – Strictly NO shoes or high heels, including when standing on mats.
  3. Please ensure access including driveways and parking is clear for setup.
  4. We will try our best to arrive as the schedule, in event of unforeseen delays we will notify you as soon as possible.
  5. If the ground is not flat, please let us know in advance so we can arrange a solution as the hire maybe cancelled if the ground is uneven.
  6. We are not liable for additional charges billed by the venue or incurred due to the hire of our equipment.
  7. Do let us know if the distance from unloading to the venue over 500m, so we can allocate enough time to setup & avoid delays.
  8. Please specify if there are stairs, and no lift access, extra charges may apply for setup. Failure to advise may result in cancellation of hire.
B. BALL-PIT AND SOFT PLAY CONDITIONS OF HIRE
  1. For children 6 months and over, please keep an eye on children and ensure no finger nails or sharp items are stuck into the equipment.
  2. Parental supervision is COMPULSORY at all times!
  3. No Shoes on equipment or mats, adults included!
  4. A tarp will be placed on the ground when setup outdoors
C. JUMPING CASTLE CONDITIONS OF HIRE
  1. Maximum user weight per child 60kg (no more than 150kg total weight at one time)
  2. Parental supervision is COMPULSORY at all times!
  3. No Shoes on jumping castle, adults included!
  4. A tarp will be placed on the ground when setup outdoors and can only be setup on flat even ground
  5. We will not setup in a park without written permission from the council, and a wall for wind protection
D. GENERAL TERMS OF HIRE
  1. The equipment will be delivered as the agreed setup time for hire. Please notify Mimi Bounce promptly should the timings change, so we can make an alternate arrangement.
  2. The Hirer agree to inspect the item when they are delivered and contact Mimi Bounce should there be any issues or damage.
  3. Mimi Bounce shall not be liable for personal injury or damage to property caused by the hire, unless it is due to negligence caused by Mimi Bounce and its employees. The hirer agrees that Mimi Bounce or its employees shall not be liable for personal injury or damages arising from the hire of the item/s.
  4. The hirer shall be responsible to hire items that are suitable for the age and skill of the children,, and agree to supervise the use at ALL times. In the event of loss or theft the hirer must provide the following:
    ->  A police report in the event of theft
    ->  A statutory declaration in the event of loss
  5. Should any of the items be stolen, destroyed or damaged irreparably from any cause, except from direct negligence by Mimi Bounce or employees. The hirer specifically agrees to pay immediately on demand the replacement cost for the equipment as nominated by Mimi Bounce. If individual items are damaged or lost, the cost of part or whole product will be charged.
  6. Payments for events cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, will not receive any refund or credits.
  7. To cancel or postpone your hire please email hello@mimibounce.com.au and please let us know your name, the reason and event date one week prior to your event. Cancellations after this date will forfeit the $100 deposit.
  8. Rebooking will be subject to availability, your credit will be valid for 2 years after your original booking date. In event of severe weather events, we may choose to cancel the booking and offer a credit to book for a future date. If we have setup the event and the weather changes for the worse and the equipment cannot be used, no future credits or refunds will apply.
  9. The hire agreement is legally binding and outlines the terms between the owner and the hirer.
