Can I setup the soft play equipment outdoors?
Yes, the soft play equipment can setup outdoors – we’ll setup soft mats for extra padding.
In event of bad weather, it is best to have an indoor backup plan. If your hire is for an outdoor setup and there is heavy torrential rain, or storms, the hire may be cancelled and rescheduled.
Is the soft play equipment insured?
Yes, we are fully insured up to $10,000,000 liability. Safety comes first at Mimi Bounce Kids Party Hire. When required you can contact us by email to request a copy of our certificate hello@mimibounce.com.au
Do I need to clean the equipment before pickup?
No. We ask that the equipment is returned in the same condition it is received. There is strictly NO face paint, coloured icing or shoes allowed while using our equipment, a refundable deposit of $100 is required to book your hire.
Organising a party can be hard work! Let us take the stress out of setting up the entertainment. We deliver and setup the equipment on event day, at least 90 mins before the start time. If you require an earlier bump-in time, we will try to accommodate as best possible.
